Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for OTR.

• Experienced in OTR & Reefer Work: Knows how to handle long-haul runs, manage logbooks or ELDs, and understands the importance of monitoring and maintaining reefer temperatures.
• Strong Work Ethic: Takes initiative, adapts to changing schedules, and keeps moving while maintaining quality standards.
• Self-Sufficient, Yet a Team Player: Can operate independently on the road but stays in good communication with dispatch and maintains a positive, respectful attitude.
• Customer-Focused: Treats shippers and receivers with professionalism and represents the company well at every stop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a refrigerated (reefer) tractor-trailer for long-haul routes
• Pick up and deliver perishable and temperature-controlled freight on schedule
• Monitor trailer temperature and ensure proper load handling
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

• SOLO Drivers Flat Rate of .55 CPM doing 2,200-3,000 miles weekly

• 2200-3000 Miles Per week

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with current medical card.
• 2 Years Verifiable CDL A Experience Required (Must be within the last 5 years)
• Clean MVR
• No More than 3 Minor Preventables in the Last 3 Years
• No More Than 1 Major Preventable in The Last 3 Years
• No DUI/DWI/DVI in The Last 10 Years
• No SAP Candidates within 12 months of SAP completion date
