Clayton Homes - - Responsibilities: Develop, facilitate, and manage all phases of the CDL and Pilot/Escort driver recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding; Conduct CDL-specific pre-screen interviews to validate experience, safety record, MVR considerations, physical requirements, and alignment with role expectations; Coordinate interviews with Terminal Managers and participate in hiring decisions; Track recruiting metrics and maintain high-quality documentation in ATS and HRIS systems; Create and deliver verbal and written job offers
