CDL A OTR Truck Driver | $1,960 $2,720 Weekly Gross

**One Year CDL A Experience Required to Apply**

North American Transport Services is hiring CDL A OTR drivers for our new Indianapolis, Miami and Jacksonville terminals. This position offers consistent miles, planned lanes, and transparent weekly pay with no load chasing. Dry van freight only.

Pay and Miles

• Get Paid on ALL Miles Loaded and Empty
• $0.70 CPM base pay - Indianapolis
• $0.55 - $0.57 base pay - Jacksonville
• $0.55 base pay - Miami
• Top drivers earn up to $0.85 CPM
• Weekly guaranteed minimum miles

Weekly earnings examples

• 2,800 miles = $1,960 per week
• 3,200 miles with bonuses = up to $2,720 per week
• Top performers running 3,500 plus miles earn $2,900 plus weekly

Bonuses (Up to $0.15 CPM)

• Fuel efficiency bonus up to $0.05 CPM
• Safety bonus for clean inspections and no incidents
• Performance bonus for on-time delivery and availability

Indianapolis Terminal

• New terminal with early driver placement
• Secure parking for assigned truck
• Direct access to dispatch
• Midwest, Southeast, and East Coast lanes

Freight and Operations

• 100 percent no-touch dry van freight
• Mostly drop and hook
• Consistent lanes and freight

Equipment

• 2026 Freightliner Cascadia tractors
• Assigned truck, no slip seating
• 2026 trailers
• ELD compliant with fuel card

Home Time

• Out 2 to 3 weeks
• Home 2 to 4 days
• Planned routes and home time

Job Requirements:

• CDL-A with at least 1 year of experience
• Familiarity with ELD systems
• Strong safety record & communication skills
