Lead structural steel projects from award through closeout with full P&L accountability Drive project schedules and ensure on-time delivery Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders Oversee procurement, fabrication schedules, and material coordination Direct erection sequencing, field logistics, and jobsite execution Travel to project sites as needed to support field teams and maintain performance Lead coordination meetings with general contractors, owners, and trade partners Monitor costs, labor productivity, and overall project profitability Ensure alignment between detailing, fabrication, and field operations Qualifications 5 years of structural steel project management experience Proven success delivering structural steel projects of varying scale Ability to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Willingness and ability to travel as needed Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and standard project management tools Strong leadership, communication, and pro...Project Manager, Steel, Construction, Manager, Project Management, Operations, Business Services, Staffing
