CIVIL ENGINEER, PE - COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

EMH&T has an opportunity for a Civil Engineer, PE to join our Development II team located in Columbus, OH.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise. Our Development II engineers are involved in commercial site development design projects across retail, office, commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use developments, serving clients such as healthcare campuses and large‑scale office complexes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Professionally licensed in Ohio.
- Site civil development experience.
- 6 – 8 years of work experience in civil engineering.
