Computer Platform Service Batch Operations Technician
Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).
Responsible for, monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments, providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS.
Second shift and backup weekend shift coverage required.
