Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response protocols appropriate to the location; Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, telephones, and other communication systems from a dispatch post, and coordinate responses to routine issues, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Dispatch personnel to reported concerns, document activities and incident details, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication records for daily operations; Support access control and visitor management activities by verifying information, communicating with site contacts, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity that could help to deter security-related concerns; Communicate with site leadership, first responders, and/or Allied Universal personnel during emergencies, service requests, and operational changes to support an organized response
