Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints to plan project workflow
• Coordinate and supervise installation and construction activities
• Perform plumbing, preventive maintenance, and heating ventilation & air conditioning tasks
• Conduct general repairs and ensure compliance with specifications
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control

Required Skills:

• Electrical knowledge and experience
• OSHA certification for safety compliance
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
• Experience managing budgets and logistics
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in distribution and engineering
• Military background with leadership skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $70,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
