Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting of the results and drivers for senior management, and prepare materials for business reviews and other presentations Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the financials and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets Produce monthly flows forecast and assist with the annual flows budget Review and analyze the results of the AM activity based costing model which assesses the profitability of each of our sales channels and products Coordinate the produce of the sales metric scorecards used to track the performance of all of our individual salespeople against their targets.
