Assists employees and managers with payroll, personnel, and benefit information and reports. Keys, reviews, corrects, and updates entries to the automated payroll system. Maintains personnel files and OSHA reports. Reviews timekeeping exceptions and keys the adjustments from the Exception and Sick Logs. Provides a high level of member service. Job Duties Assists employees with payroll, personnel, and benefit questions or concerns. Exercises discretion and confidentiality with all employee information. Directs employees with questions regarding leave of absence and accommodations to management staff. Tracks time, attendance and documents related to leave and accommodation.
