Design, maintain, and optimize Linux-based infrastructure (RHEL preferred). Automate operational tasks, deployments, and configuration management using Ansible and scripting (Bash/ Python). Improve infrastructure provisioning, patching, upgrades, and platform maintenance processes. Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions. Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements. Support customer environment deployments and platform improvement projects. Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/ CD and deployment processes. Create technical documentation, runbooks, and promote knowledge sharing. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team coordination.
