  • OTR Run Options — Stay out 2-3 weeks, run solid miles (2,7000-3,000 miles)

In Cab Instructor Benefits:

• Hiring In Cab Instructors around these locations: Amherst, WI, Auburn, ME, Sumter, SC, Des Moines, IA, & Kutztown, PA
• Instructors are paid $1,750-$2,000 weekly
• $3,500 sign-on bonus
• In Cab Instructors get paid an additional $500/successful student
• Hands-On Teaching Role — Share your expertise with new drivers!
• Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
• Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.
• Instructors are required to share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
• Instructors drive and train in new 2026 Freightliner equipment

Recent Graduate Benefits:

• Recent grads start at $0.54 CPM
• $750 guaranteed per week (as long as actively working)
• You got your license. Now it's time to get experience.

• What to Expect:
  • 3 days in orientation
  • 5 days of classroom/training terminal time
  • Up to 6 weeks in-cab paid training with an experienced driver
  • Fast-track option: 2 weeks in-cab training (based on evaluation)

All Driver Requirements;

• Must have an active Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years or older
• No recent safety terminations
• Experienced Drivers Requirements:
• Must have 6+ months of experience in last 12 months
• In Cab Instructors Requirements:
• 3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A CMV experience in interstate commerce
• Recent Graduates Requirements:
• Graduated from a CDL school within the last 90 days
