Warehouse Associate - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in the distribution industry in New Albany. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Part-time schedule
• Associate can pick their work days and shift
• All shifts available

Pay Rates

• 14.00 - 14.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any inventory or shipment problems effectively
• Use manual pallet jacks to organize stock
