Warehouse Associate - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading manufacturing and packaging company in New Albany. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• Saturday-Sunday + up to 3 additional days of your choosing
• 6:30 AM - 2:50 PM

Pay rates

• 14.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Skills requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution specifications
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain an organized and accurate stock area
