Regional: Keep the miles meaningful — consistent routes, real pay, and a team that actually has your back.What You'll DoSafely operate a Class A flatbed tractor-trailer on regional routes. Transport building materials, vinyl siding, and related products to customer locations. Secure loads and ensure freight is transported safely and in compliance with DOT regulations. Perform seasonal tarping duties during the transition period. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Complete driver logs, inspection reports, and transportation documentation accurately. Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, route updates, delays, and customer deliveries. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Experience RequirementsMinimum 9 months of recent flatbed tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years. Must have at least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the past 3 years. Experience hauling building materials, construction products, or similar freight preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance requirements, and safe driving practices. Professional attitude with strong communication skills and dependable attendance. Clean driving record required. No more than 3 moving violations, preventable accidents, or a combination of both within the past 3 years. No DUI, reckless driving, or other serious driving violations within the past 5 years.Driving RequirementsMust be at least 22 years old. Valid CDL-A license Current DOT Medical Card FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years) No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years) No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years) Ability to operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions. Ability to perform seasonal tarping as required. Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday. Ability to lift, move, or secure freight and materials when required by the assignment. Ability to perform vehicle inspections and work safely in varying weather and road conditions.Preferred ExperiencePrevious professional driving, delivery, transportation, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating commercial vehicles, delivery trucks, box trucks, or tractor-trailers is beneficial depending on the assignment.
