Road Warrior Staffing is seeking experienced Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a home-daily driving opportunity based out of Columbus, Ohio. This position offers consistent weekly pay, additional compensation based on hours worked, and the opportunity to earn safety and performance bonuses.

Drivers operate within a radius of up to 225 miles from the Columbus terminal and return home daily. With no-touch freight, drivers can focus on safe, efficient transportation without the added responsibility of loading and unloading freight.

Schedule and Pay
Base Pay: $1,400 per week.
Additional Hourly Compensation: Available after 55 hours worked per week.
Estimated Annual Earnings: $62,400–$72,800.
Typical Weekly Hours: Approximately 55–62 hours.
Home Time: Home daily.
Route Radius: Up to 225 miles from the Columbus terminal.
Freight: No-touch freight.

Duties

Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on assigned routes.
Transport freight within a 225-mile radius of the Columbus terminal.
Complete daily routes while returning home at the end of each shift.
Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate driving records and required documentation.
Follow all applicable DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company safety policies.
Maintain a clean driving record and comply with company safety standards.
Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
Help maintain a safe and efficient transportation operation.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum of two years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
Tanker endorsement required; candidates without the endorsement must obtain it within two weeks of hire.
Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
Must meet applicable company and safety requirements.
No felony convictions or DUI history, as specified by the hiring employer.
Commitment to safe driving practices and compliance with DOT regulations.
Ability to work approximately 55–62 hours per week.
