CDL Driver Hazmat Yard & Shuttle
$30.50/Hour + Shift Differential | Home Daily | No Touch Freight

ProDrivers is hiring experienced CDL Drivers with a Hazmat endorsement for a combination Yard Driver and Shuttle Driver position. This opportunity offers steady hours, competitive pay, and multiple schedules. Drivers will split duties between yard hostler operations and warehouse-to-warehouse shuttle runs while remaining local and home daily.

Pay & Benefits

• $30.50 per hour
• Additional $2.50 per hour shift differential on applicable metro schedules
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• 40+ hours per week
• Home Daily
• Weekly pay

Schedule Options
Day Shifts

• Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Monday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
• Monday-Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Friday-Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Night Shifts

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Monday-Thursday: 11:00 PM - 9:30 AM

CDL Driver Responsibilities

• Shuttle trailers between local warehouse facilities
• Perform yard hostler operations and trailer spotting
• Move equipment safely within customer yards
• Transport 53' dry van trailers between facilities
• Follow all customer and company safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with management and facility personnel
• Utilize onboard tracking technology and camera systems
• Complete vehicle inspections and required documentation

• Occasional straight trucks and sprinter vehicles

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid Hazmat Endorsement
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience within the last 4 years
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean MVR
• Safe accident history
• Stable work history
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using onboard technology, tracking systems, and camera systems
